店舗について
1964（昭和39）年に川崎市で創業し、神奈川県を中心に40店舗以上を展開する同店。創業者がスタミナがつく料理をと担々麺をアレンジして開発した「タンタンメン」は、豚ガラ塩味ベースのスープに溶き卵、ひき肉、ニンニク、粗びきトウガラシ、自家製の中太麺で作られています。
新橋店では、焼き肉、中華、洋食などさまざまな料理を過去に提供していた本店への「原点回帰」をテーマに、新橋限定「ジャンボシウマイ」「町中華のオムライス」などのメニューを用意しています。
