岡山県の酒造組合が主催する、日本酒ファン注目のイベント「酒米どころ岡山 雄町で味わう地酒試飲会 in東京」が、2025年2月9日に新橋で開催されます。このイベントでは、全国でも珍しい岡山県産の酒米「雄町」で醸造された日本酒が集結します。
雄町は日本産の最高峰とされる酒米で、ふくよかでコクのある味わいを持つ日本酒を楽しめる特徴があります。今回の試飲会では、岡山県から室町酒造や利守酒造をはじめとした8つの酒蔵が参加し、各蔵自慢の日本酒を提供します。来場者には備前焼の酒器が特典としてプレゼントされるという、豪華な特典付きのイベントです。
